O terreno, de pendente acentuada de nascente para poente e de sul para norte, bem como o grande número de lugares de estacionamento cobertos exigidos ditaram a criação de uma plataforma de implantação para três edifícios. A plataforma absorveu os lugares de estacionamento em dois pisos, com entradas independentes.
Nos edifícios, projectaram-se a sul as salas e os quartos, ficando a norte os acessos e áreas de águas.
Entre estes, privilegiaram-se os espaços exteriores – praças vivenciais.
A proposta apresentada visa alcançar sustentabilidade energética, economia de construção e fácil manutenção.
The land, the accented pendant from the east to west and from south to north, as well as the large number of covered parking demanded, dictated the creation of a platform for the implantation for three buildings. The platform absorbed the parking places in two floors, with independent entrances.
In the buildings, were projected to south the living rooms and the bedrooms, and the accesses and waters areas are to north.
Between those areas, the exterior spaces ere privileged, such as leisure squares.
The presented proposal aims to reach energetic sustainability, construction economy and easy maintainance.
