Um projecto, dois edifícios, duas abordagens.
Para a Rua dos Chãos, mantém-se o alçado existente e trabalham-se as plantas dentro dos limites físicos criados pelos prédios contíguos. Tratando-se de um edifício antigo, no centro histórico de Braga, a sua grande profundidade, implicou a criação de um saguão central para iluminação e ventilação da cozinha e lavandaria. Este bloco é composto por loja comercial com mesanine, dois T2 e um T3 duplex.
O bloco voltado para o quarteirão nascente da Praça Conde de Agrolongo respeita as normas impostas por Plano de Pormenor e contém loja comercial, dois T2 e um T4 duplex.
One project, two buildings, two approaches.
For the Rua dos Chãos project, the existent lifted is maintained and the plants are worked inside the physical limits created by the next buildings. Being an ancient building, in Braga's historical centre, it's great depth implicated the creation of a central lobby for lighting and ventilation of the kitchen and laundry. This block is composed by a commercial shop with mesanine, two T2 and one T3 duplex.
The block turned to the east street of the Praça Conde de Agrolongo respects the rules imposed by the Plan of Detail and contains a commercial shop, two T2 e one T4 duplex.
