Contentor... terminal TIR... Leixões...Primeira ideia... contentor metálico, pesado... tudo mudou ao sentir o terreno, o contentor ganhou leveza e transformou-se numa caixa esbelta de madeira.
O aspecto rural, a presença de três espigueiros e a configuração do lote (11x109m) ditaram o projecto.
A casa abriga-se na proteção do reguado de madeira.
Pátios interiores interrompem a caixa permitindo aos espaços respirar e à luz invadir todos os recantos.
Como no espigueiro a métrica é rígida e regular...

First idea…metallic container, heavy… everything changed at the time the ground was felt, the container became lighter and also became a beautiful wood box.
The rural looks, the presence of three granaries/ corn-lofts and the lot configuration (11x109m) dictated the project.
The house is sheltered on the protection of the wood ruler.
Inner courtyards interrupt the box allowing the areas to breathe and the light to invade all the nooks.
As in the granaries/corn lofts the metric is rigid and regular…
