Como casa, o trivial: no r/c área social e no 1º andar quartos. Como loca de trabalho, a necessidade de diluir este no conjunto.
O r/c, em betão, é cego para a rua e aberto para o espaço posterior. As entradas, pedonal e viário, são resultantes dos vazios criados pelo atravessamento efectuado com os espaços complementares.
Suaviza-se, deste modo, a implantação da casa e enquadram-se a sala de costura, a arrecadaçãode trabalho e lavandaria.
A house that is also a working place.
As a house, the usual: in the ground floor the social area and in the 1st floor the bedrooms. As a working place, the need of diluting this one on the set.
The ground floor, in concrete, is blind for the street and opened for the subsequent part. The entrances, for people and cars, are a result of empty spaces created by the crossing made by the complementary spaces. In this way, the house implementation is sofftned and it's possible to fit in the sewing and laundry room.
To reinforce the reduction of volumes, the room area (1st floor) is settled by the ground floor and it is covered by cork. To give an unity idea to the whole building, it was created a settlement base that helps to exceed the rain levels in the winter.
