A região possui uma grande carga histórica tornando-se pertinente fazer sobressair e enaltecer o legado deixado pelo passado. Recorreu-se a uma analogia entre a planta da cidade medieval e a planta proposta... a torre, a muralha e as construções extra muro surgem reinterpretadas.
A concepção arquitectónica utilizou um mimetismo na sua relação com o meio, priveligiando o seu destino social e a familiriedade cutural.

The region possesses a great historical load becoming pertinent to salient and enhance the legacy left by the past. We went trough an analogy between the plant of the middle ages city and the proposal plant…the tower, the battlement and the construction extra wall emerge reinterpreted.
The architectonic conception used a mimicry in its relation with the ambience, privileging its social destiny and cultural familiarity.
